I spent over 25 years as a strategic marketer and storyteller in Silicon Valley for global technology companies — Samsung, Marvell, ams OSRAM, Renesas, and The Hoffman Agency, among others.
Within those years, there was burnout — and career shifts I never saw coming. I had been running at full speed, but at a certain point I stopped and asked myself: Am I actually moving in the direction I want to go?
"When I finally gave myself permission to stay with that question, I was able to truly see myself for the first time."
That realization led me to coaching. Coaching is not a profession for me. It is a mission.
I am here for the people who look successful on the outside but are exhausted within — for those who are ready to stop following someone else's script and begin building a path that is truly their own.
Northstar Emerge was born from a prayer my mother spoke over me before she passed: "Don't live like me. Live to be someone who helps this world." Everything I do is in answer to that call.
