I spent over 25 years as a strategic marketer and storyteller in Silicon Valley for global technology companies. Within those years, there was burnout — and career shifts I never saw coming. I had been running at full speed, but at a certain point I stopped and asked myself: Am I actually moving in the direction I want to go?
When I finally gave myself permission to stay with that question, I was able to truly see myself for the first time. That realization led me to coaching. Coaching is not a profession for me. It is a mission.
